Fried pork sausage, a popular Thai snack or appetizer. Crispy on the outside, but still sour and juicy on the inside. It is a menu that can be easily made at home within 10 minutes.
Raw materials used
Favorite type of sausage
1 cup of Gogi brand cooking flour
2 chicken eggs
1 1/2 cups Gogi brand bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
method
Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Coat the dough with a thin layer of flour, then dip it in the egg. Do it again.
Then dip in egg and then breadcrumbs in that order and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add the sausage and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and drain the oil.
